Mátyás király Kayazozenthpeter-i Magnus Pál és fia: Tóbiás részeit a Fehér megyei Kayazozenthpeter és Thabayd possessiókban, amely részek a koronára szállottak és eladományozhatóvá váltak, mivel nevezettek Zenthpether-i Literatus Ferenc fiát Balázst minus iuste et indebite megvakitották, Zenthpether-i Literatus Pálnak és általa Kerepecz-i Györgynek adományozza.
