Az egri káptalan jelenti László királynak, hogy amikor 1456 szeptember 19-i parancsára a Borsod megyei Zolga possessió bizonyos részeinek birtokába Literatus Pált be akarták vezetni, annak a Nagymihályi család tagjai és a többi név szerint felsorolt személyek ellentmondottak, amiért őket a királyi perszonális prézencia elé Szent György nyolcadára /máj. 1./ perbe idézték. - Közepén erősen elhalványult irásu és kisebb hiányok.
