A nyitrai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Apon-i Ferenc, György és Imre nevű fiai, Móric nevű testvére s ennek Tóbias nevű fia nevében tiltakozott, hogy Apon-i Miklós özvegye, Katalin és Mátyás nevű fia, Miklósnak, testvérének birtokait elidegenítsék, Apon-i Péter pedig birtokába vegye s az uralkodó eladományozza.
