A garamszentbenedeki konvent jelenti Albert királynak, hogy Bátori István országbíró 1439 április 21.-i petíciójára Hont megyében megtartott tanúvallatás bizonyította, hogy minden úgy történt meg, amint a panaszosok előadták, illetve a mandátum tartalmazta.
