Kowar-i Pál mester a maga s fiai: László és János nevében eltiltotta a nyitrai káptalan előtt a Hont megyei Zazd possessio elidegenítésétől, valamint hasznai szedésétől Zsigmond királyt és mindenki mást. Eredeti, csonka szöveg, papír, két-három szó hiány a teljes szövegből külön, hátlapján rányomott pecsét maradv.
