A Zecheen-i Kónya bán fia Simon fia Miklós mester s Andrasfalua-i Lotho Miklós fia Bálint között a királyi speciális prézencia előtt a sági konvent proklamációról szóló jelentésében szereplő tárgyban folyó pert, illetve a bizonyító oklevelek bemutatására kitűzött termonust Miklós mester ügyvédje kívánságára Mindenszentek nyolcadáról (november 8.) Vízkereszt nyolcadára (január 13.) halasztja. Eredeti, csonka szöveg, papr, néhány helyen kissé hiányos, záró pecsét maradv.
