Az egri káptalan előtt Gorthwa-i Gergely név szerint felsorolt hozzátartozói nevében is, a Gömör megyei Gorthwa possessió határában levő közös réten (in quodam pascuo communi wlgariter pasth nuncupato) épített házra való jogát annak fejében, hogy Gorthwa-i Miklós fia: Lőrinc az ellenük egy familiárisuk megölése miatt Gömör megye székhelyén indított pert megszüntett, Gorthwa-i Lőrincnek és utódainak adományozza. - Papír, a hajtások mentén szakadt. - Hátlapján pecsét maradványa - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Komjáthy) EGRI KÁPTALAN
