A garamszentbenedeki konvent Zápolyai István nádor 1496.évi mandátuma alapján be akarván iktatni az ott megnevezetteket a Hont megyei Palasth és Nyenye birtokába, az iktatásnak Kezepthwr-i Miklós felesége: Frusina asszony és Persehaza-i Moczkos Simon fia : György nevében ellene mondottak. Az ellentmondókat a konvent megidézte a nádor elé. - Ppír, erősen rongált, 4 részre szakadt, 1/6-a hiányzik - Z.p.maradványai - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Komjáthy) GARAMSZENTBENEDEKI KONVENT
