A Hont megye bizonyítja, hogy Kenderes-i Balázs, ennek fia Benedek s Kowar-i László meg Simon, továbbá Nagchalamya-i Vithfy László felperesnek, valamint Mohora-i Vid fia János mester, fiai: Ambrus és Márton nevében is, alperesek a megye előtt ennek szerdáján a mai napig indított összes pereiket kölcsönösen megszüntetik és a vonatkozó peres leveleket érvénytelenítik. - Hátlapján egyk.: Condescensio cause nobilium de Kowar - Hátlapján 3 rány.pecsét töredéke és kettőnek helye - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
