A sági konvent bizonyságlevelébe foglalja Emewke-i Bertalan, Tamás és László vallomását, amely szerint édesnővérüket, Katalint, egy bizonyos ”Caspar Horwath dicto, homini alienigene” adták feleségül és nehogy mint nemtelen megvetésben legyen része gyerekeivel együtt, hanem inkább legyen nemesi birtoka neki és gyerekeinek is, teljes részüket a Nyitra megyei Ilew possessióban és Katalinnak és gyermekeinek adományozták örök jogon.
