I. Mátyás király tekintetbe vévén Dynnye-i Was János és Was Márton érdemeit és szolgálatait, megengedi nekik, hogy birtokaikon szabad ispánságot gyakoroljanak, azaz pallosjogú úriszéken ítélkezhessenek a bűnösök felett. - A szöveg felett jobbról: Commissio propria domini regis, Osualdo de Rozgon comite Siculorum referente. - Vetemedett. 2-3 szó hiány az egész szövegben. - Függő pecsétje elveszett. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila) MÁTYÁS 1 KIRÁLY
