A vasvári káptalan jelenti (Mária királynőnek), hogy amikor 1385. december 19-i parancsára a nádort be akarták vezetni Seden possessió egyes részeinek birtokába, annak Kald-i Imre fia László ellentmondott és ezért őt a nádor ellenében perbeidézték. (Csonka szöveg) Eredeti, papír 2 darabra szakadva, közepéből a szakadásnál 1-5 szónyi rész, a felső részéből pedig legalább a fele hiányzik.
