Visegrad. tertio die Trinitatis. I. Lajos király Zech-i Miklós szlavon bán panaszára meghagyja a vasvári káptalannak, küldje ki hites emberét, hogy annak jelenlétében a királyi ember az általa használt Vas megyei Bathian és Olozka possessiók jogtalan használatától a szomszédokat, különösen a név szerint felsorolt és fel nem sorolt Sythke-i nemeseket eltiltsa.
