secundo die f. Purif. Marie. Pozsonyi káptalan jelenti Werbewcz-i István nádornak, hogy 1526. január 10-i parancsára a Pozsony megyei Pokathelek, más néven Wyffalw nevű possessióban levő kúriájából Zomory Balázst és testvéreit Thurzó Elek királyi kincstárnok mester ellenében inszuniációval a királyi prézencia elé megidézték. Eredeti, papír, vízfoltos. Zárópecsét h. Hátlapján hosszú feljegyzések a per további folyamára.
