A kapornaki konvent jelenti Zala megyének, hogy amidőn 1350. május 6-án kelt parancsára a Zala megyei Gyrus possessióban egy szőlőt rekaptiválni akartak, annak Miklós fia: Péter ellentmondott és ezért őt Gyrus-i István és Gergely ellenében a megyei törvényszékre megidézték.
