I. Ulászló király ítélete a Kysfalud-i Antal felperes részeit a Vas megyei Chanig possessiókban, meg a Sopron megyei Zekas és Zenthandras prediumokban a maguk részére elfoglaló Chak Ferenc fia: László és ennek fia: Mihály alperesek között a nevezett részekért folyt perben és egyben mandátuma a csornai konventhez, hogy az ítélet végrehajtásához küldje ki hites emberét. - Piros viaszú, kitöredezett zárópecsét maradványa. - Hátlapján jobb alsó sarkában kancelláriai feljegyzés. - Egy helyen szakadozott és nagyobb hiány.
