A csornai konvent bizonyítja, hogy Zlybow-i Bronisius, Kezw vára kapitánya, a maga és István, Péter meg János nevű testvérei nevében is Ulászló király dekrétuma értelmében a teljes Kysfalud possessiót a területén levő malmokkal egyetemben visszaadta Kysfalud-i Lőrinc fiának: Antalnak. Hátlapján kitöredezett, rányomott pecsét. CSORNAI KONVENT
