A pozsonyi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Pokatheleke-i Zomor Miklós fia Barnabás a maga és édestestvérei nevében eltiltja atyjukat a Temes megyei Zenthmyhal possessió részeinek és néhai Gewr Pál birtokának a Pozsony megyei Naghodwarnok határában fekvő Zolgagewr possessiónak Pokatheleke-i Fekethe János fiainak: Péternek, Lászlónak, Imrének, Simonnak és Pálnak s társaiknak történő elidegenítésétől, ezeket pedig a birtokok megszerzésétől, mert a szóban forgó birtokok a tiltakozókat illetik. - Hátlapján kitöredezett rányomott pecsét, körirata még elég ép.
