Hédervári Lőrinc nádor a Kysfalud-i Antal és Miklós, felperesek meg Chak fia: László, János fia: Benedek és Ugrin fia: János, Mihaly-i nemesek, alperesek között a nádor proklaációval történő idéztetést elrendelő parancsában foglalt ügyben folyó pert a török elleni hadbavonulás miatt Szent Mihály nyolcadára halasztja.
