Zsigmond király a Kysfalud-i Antal és Miklós felperesek, meg Pál fia: Péter és név szerint felsorolt társai, Myhaly-i nemesek, alperesek között Paloch-i Máté nádor idézést elrendelő parancsában foglalt ügyben folyó pert, mivel a nevezett Pál fia: Péter ”in confiniis castri nostri Themesiensis” van elfoglalva, Szent György nyolcadára halasztja.
