Bude. tricesimo tertio die. Paloch-i Máté nádor meghagyja a csornai konventnek, küldje ki hites emberét, hogy annak jelenlétében a nádori ember Pangarth-i Bayathar Mártont a Sopron megyei Peresnye possessió birtoklása ügyében Zyrak-i Mihály ellenében Szent Mihály nyolcadára (okt. 6.) törvénybe idézze, egyben a mandátumban átírja a per tárgyában kelt, Sopron megye által 1433. január 26-án kiadott transmissionálist.
