tertio die f. sexte p. Georgii. A csornai konvent jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy 1431. szeptember 11-i parancsára megállapították, hogy a parancsot átnyújtó Myhaly-i Pál fia: Péter, a neki imputált bevallást nem tette meg, tehát e miatt a király előtt kelt panasza jogos. (Csonka szöveg.) Eredeti, papír, alsó soraiban kis darabja hiányzik. A kiadvány szakadozott, vízfoltos, elhalványult írású, két darabra szakadva, a szakadásnál is hiányos, hátlapján kitöredezett rányomott pecsét. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila) CSORNAI KONVENT
