A győri káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Felsegench-i János fia: Bolphacz Gergely a maga és név szerint felsorolt fiai és vérrokonai nevében a Vas megyei Cozmagench possessióban bárminő címen birtokolt részeit 20 arany forint örök áron Cozmagench-i Mihály fiának: Mártonnak és név szerint feljegyzett társainak eladta, ”pro redemptione capitis sui”.
