A csornai konvent bizonyítja, hogy miután Pazthor-i Thekes Péter fia: László és felesége a nekik felkínált három márka dukát ellenében nem voltak hajlandók visszaadni a Kysfalud-i István fia: Miklós által nekik zálogba adott részt a Győr megyei Peecz possessióban, ezért őket Miklós a birtok további használatától eltiltotta.
