A győri káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Gench-i Mihály fia: Márton a maga és a többi felsorolt Gench-i nemesek nevében Azzonfalua-i Osth fiát: Gergelyt, meg a többi név szerint felsorolt társait, EghazasGench-i és Nemethi-i nemeseket eltiltották a panaszosok Gench possessió határában fekvő birtokrészei elfoglalásától és használatától.
