A vasvári káptalan jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy miután az 1425. szeptember 13-i parancsára Vas megyében megtartott tanúvallatás a mandátumban foglalt panasz jogos voltát bebizonyította, Bolfazth Gergelyt Kozmagench-i Mihály fiai: György és Márton meg társaik ellenében Szent Mihály nyolcadjára (okt. 6.) perbe idézték.
