Szepesi Jakab országbíró meghagyja a győri káptalannak, küldje ki hites emberét, hogy annak jelenlétében a királyi ember Gench-i Dénes fia Péter özvegyét, Katalin asszonyt és három fiát a (Vas megyei) Berhend possessio területén egy sessio és bizonyos szántók birtokába, mely őket királyi donáció folytán megilleti bevezesse.
