A vasvári káptalan jelenti Vas megyének, hogy 1353. április 24. körül kelt mandátumára a Vas megyei Dereske-ben levő, a mandátumban szereplő birtokrész elfoglalását és hasznai szedését eltiltották. Eredeti, papír. Bal felén egyharmada hiányzik. Bal felén 4-5, jobb felén 2-3 szónyi rész elhalványult, olvashatatlan írású.
