A nyitrai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Pokatheleke-i Zomor Demeter visszaadta Chwz-i Menyhártnak azokat a birtokokat, melyeket még Chwz-i anyja: Orsolya asszony zálogosított el Zomor Demeter atyjának, Mihálynak, visszaadta továbbá a Komárom megyei Kawa possessióban levő részének felét, melyet Zomor Demeter szintén zálogban birt.
