Lajos király 1516. szeptember 6-i parancsára a conservatoriumában előkeresett ”par”-ról a saját 1506. április 16-i kiadványát a Pozsony megyei Gomba possessió birtoklása tárgyában kelt békés egyességről Pokathelek-i Mihálynak és feleségének átírásban kiadja. (Teljes szöveg.) Eredeti, papír, 5 kisebb és egy nagy darabra szakadva, a szadásoknál mállott, hiányos, a nagy darab erősen szakadozott.
