A budai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Szentgyörgyi és Bazini Péter országbíró 1516. június 12-i parancsára Choda Imrének a Pest megyei Karthal possessióban levő részének birtokába - a név szerint felsorolt szomszédok jelenlétében - Ethele Mihályt és Ferencet, valamint Mihály feleségét: Potenciána asszonyt ellentmondás nélkül bevezették.
