Bathor-i János és név szerint felsorolt társai, fogott bírák, bizonyítják, hogy a Pokatheleky-i Konde Kristóf felperes és a Pokatheleky-i Zomor Mihály alperes közötti és eléjük terjesztett vitás ügyekben nem tudtak egyességet teremteni, így a pert ”ad primam conventionem generalem universitatis nobilium huius regni” halasztották.
