Pozsony megye bizonyítja hogy a Pokathelek-i Zomor Mihály felesége: Anna asszony kívánságára kiküldött megyei szolgabíró a kiadványban név szerint felsorolt tanukat kihallgatta és ezek elmondták: ők mint tanuk jelen voltak Thankhaza-i Ábrahám végrendelkezésénél, de nem hallották, hogy Thankhaza-i Ábrahám végrendeletében Illes György anyjának ”bevallását” Illes Györgynek elengedte volna. - Papír - Szöveg alatt 5 rány.p.maradv. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
