A csornai konvent bizonyítja, hogy Ladon-i Parvus Lukács, Kanysa vára volt várnagya, a neki Ország Mihály nádor által megítélt esküt 25 nemes eskütárssal szabályszerűen letette arra vonatkozólag, hogy ő Lak-i Kaczor Györgynek a Vas megyei Mancha possessióban lakó 2 jobbágyát nem ölte meg. - Papír - Hátlapján rány.p.helye - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
