A nyitrai káptalan jelenti Mátyás királynak, hogy miután Bátori István országbíró 1481 május 4-i parancsára Nyitra megyében megtartott tanuvallatás a mandátumban foglalt földfoglalást bebizonyította, a hatalmaskodó Rechen-i Jánost, Gergelyt és IIstvánt inszinuációval a panaszos ellenében Szent Jakab nyolcadjára /aug. 1./ perbe idézték.
