Mátyás király meghagyja a csornai konventnek, küldje ki hites emberét, hogy annak jelenlétében a királyi ember Ladon-i Istvánt és feleségét: Zsófia asszonyt zálogjog címén Thard-i Bálintnak a Sopron megyei Beled possessióban és Felzerwycza prediumban levő részeit birtokába bevezesse. - Hátlapon alsó jobb sarkában ”Lecta”. - Papír, vízfoltos, elhalványult írás. - Piros viaszú papírfelzetes zárópecsét. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
