A csornai konvent bizonyítja, hogy előtte Erzsébet asszony, Zyrak-i János özvegye és fia: István egy részről és Ladon-i István meg Kysfalwd-i Benedek más részről - mind a két fél név szerint feljegyzett társai nevében is - egymást kölcsönösen nyugtatták az egymás ellen kölcsönösen elkövetett mindennemű hatalmaskodásokat illetően. Eredeti, papir, 2 részre szakadva, a nagyobbik rész szakadozott. Hátlapján rány. p. h. CSORNAI KONVENT
