Litt. testimon. super inquis. in die dUrbani. Pozsony megye bizonyítja, hogy a kiküldött megyei ember tanuvallatással a következő igazságot állapította meg: Watha-i András fiai: György és Mátyás meg név szerint felsorolt társaik Belwatha-i Tamás részeit az Akatorelwe nevü helyen, kaszálókat, erdőket, nádasokat stb. elfoglaltak és 10 éve használnak, e Benedektől épületfát is hurcoltak el, meg más, a mandátumban felsorolt hatalmaskodásokat követtek el.
