A csornai konvent bizonyítja, hogy Kysfalud-i Literatus Antal fia: Benedek, a maga és név szerint feljegyzett társai nevében, néhai Myhaly-i Benedeknek a Sopron megyei Myhaly, Linkohath, Zenthandras és Zekas, meg a Vas megyei Lak és Chanygh possessiókban, ill. prediumokban bírt részeinek elfoglalásától Varbok-i Magnus Györgyöt, Myhaly-i Chak Andrást és név szerint felsorolt társaikat eltiltja. - Halványult írás. - Hátlapján rány.p.maradv. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
