A kapornaki konvent bizonyítja, hogy Haholth-i Boldizsár fia: László és név szerint felsorolt társai egyenként 50 nemes eskütárssal letették az Ország Mihály nádor által részükre megítélt esküt arra vonatkozólag, hogy Kawas-i György fia: László ellenük indított keresetében teljesen ártatlanok. - Hátlapján töredezett rányomtt pecsét. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
