A fehérvári keresztesek konventje 1458 augusztus 7-i parancsára jelenti Mátyás királynak, hogy miután a mandátumban foglalt ügyben evokáció nem történt, így a róla szóló bizonyságlevelet sem adhatták ki a mandátumban foglalt panaszos félnek.
