II.Ulászló király meghagyja a sági konventnek, hogy Syrak-i Chano Márton fia Jánost és Syrak-i Chano Balázs fia Györgyöt figyelmeztesse, miszerint Persehaza-i Moczkos Simonnal együtt hajtsanak végre a Hont megyei Syrak birtokon birtokosztályt, hapedig vonakodnának, idézze meg őket a személyes jelenlét elé. - Kywrthes-i Zarka Péter, Kywrthes-i Zarka Lőrinc, Chehy-i Péter, Paloytha-i Benedek és Zsigmond királyi emberek. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
