A pozsegai káptalan előtt Welyke-i László fia Miklós özvegye: Margit magára véve lányai terhét is Ozdakoucz faluban Rokolya birtok kerületében levő marturinális telkét, amelyen Wlah Tamás jobbágy él, Kazk fia Tamás Ozdakoucz-i predialisnak és feleségének, Zthanicza-nak, valamint Miklós és Zsigmond nevű fiaiknak 6 arany forintért elzálogosítja Szent György ünnepétől (ápr.24.) kezdve 1 évre. - Restaurált. - A hátoldalon rányomott pecsét maradványa. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) POZSEGAI KÁPTALAN
