V. intra Oct. Pasce. A győri káptalan előtt Chylle-i Chylley Márton, testvére: Balázs nevében is, kötelezei magát, hogy a Hédervári Istvántól kölcsönvett 200 forintot a megadott határidőre visszafizeti. Ha nem, ”in fidefragio honorisque et humanitatis sue amissione” marasztalják el s ennek az oklevélnek erejénél fogva Hédervári István, zálog címén, beiktattathatja magát Pozsony megyei Zarosfalwa és ZenthMyhalfalwa possessióik birtokába.
