A leleszi konvent jelenti, hogy Rozgonyi István Paczolthfalwa-i Szaniszlónak adományozza - fiaira is érvényes öröklési joggal - szolgálatai jutalmazására három lakatlan telkét Beky possessióban, amely in parte seriei civitatis Cassoviensis fekszik, hogy azokon nemesi kúriát építsen és a Sáros megyei Jan possessióját; amennyiben leszármazók nélkül halna el, a birtokok visszaszállnak az adományozóra, ha pedig csak leányok maradnának, azoktól az adományozó 50 arany forintért válthatja magához. - Függő pecsét helye. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
