Mátyás király Zeged város polgárainak megengedi, hogy a kunok és a szállásokon élő más nemnemesek földjein /”homok”jain/, mezein, rétjein, vizein és más haszonvételeiben ugyanolyan használati joguk legyen, mint a szállásokon élő kunoknak van. Ezenkívül azt is megengedi nekik, hogy a Tisza és Duna közötti fekete és homokföldeken szabadok legyenek és azokat szabadon használhassák. Papír. MÁTYÁS 1 KIRÁLY
