Sáros megye előtt Hercegfalwa-i Herceg László özvegye, Erzsébet - fiai: Márk és Miklós, leányai: Hedvig, Ilona, Katalin nevében is - tiltakozik amiatt, hogy Herceg István bizonyos örökletes és zálogos birtokokat tőlük elidegeníteni törekszik.
