Agnetis. Sarus. Sáros megye jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy Ternye-i Tamás jan. 16-án (IV. a. Fabiani et Sebast.) Sáros megyében eljárva a hatalmaskodásról szóló panaszt jogosnak találta. Eredeti, papír, a hátoldalon három rányomott pecsét töredéke, kettő nyoma.
