4. d. inquis. A szepesi káptalan jelenti Palocz-i Máté nádornak, a kunok ispánjának, hogy Asugth-i Máté fia László nádori ember és Wng-i János kanonok hiteles ember nov. 18-án (Dom. p. Martini) Sáros megyében eljárva megtudta, hogy a Sebes-i Sinka fiai: István és László, Sebes-i Pál fia László és társaik által elkövetett hatalmaskodásról szóló panasz jogos. Eredeti, papír.
