Sáros megye jelenti Palocz-i Máté nádornak, a kunok bírájának, hogy Troczan-i Gergelyt és Demeche-i Benedeket kiküldték a megye bírói székéből, akik azt jelentették, hogy jan. 10-én (III. p. Epiph. D.) a megyében eljárva megtudták, hogy Kapi-i János panasza (Sebes-i) Sinka és társai ellen a hatalmaskodás tárgyában jogos. Eredeti, papír. A hátoldalon 4 rányomott pecsét nyoma.
